Paul Krohnert
graduated from Francis Marion University in 1996 with a Bachelors in
Business Administration. He then pursued a career in the computer industry,
starting out as a Help Desk analyst. In 1999, he became a Desktop Support
manager. A year later, he became Director of Infrastructure at eTour.com,
and remained in that position until eTour.com was forced to shut its doors.
After transitioning the eTour.com technology to Ask Jeeves, Paul began
working as an IT consultant, offering his expertise in all facets of
technology to small businesses in the Atlanta area.

Paul's technical skills
include all of the following software and hardware platforms:
- Windows 2003/2000/NT server and domain
administration, including IIS, Exchange, Terminal
Server, ISA Server, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory
- Windows XP and Windows 2000
- Microsoft Office 2003 and all prior versions
- Remote server and desktop setup and
administration
- Network and firewall setup and administration
- SQL and Oracle database administration and
reporting
- Veritas BackupExec, NTBackup, ARCserve Backup
- Drive imaging and other system utilities
- Norton/Symantec AntiVirus and McAfee VirusScan
